Positions Vacant:

• Director General (Linkages and Learning Innovation)(01 Post):

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in any discipline from an HEC recognized University with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant field or Advanced degree from an HEC recognized University with at least 15 years of experience in the relevant field.  Management and Administrative experience in an academics/research/professional institution of higher learning will be preferred.
2. Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in Faculty Training, Development, Designing, Implanting Learning Strategies, and Linkages Programs.
3. The Age Limit for this Job is 65 Years.

• Director General (Policy development and Regulations)(01 Post):

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in any discipline from an HEC recognized University with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant field or Advanced degree from an HEC recognized University with at least 15 years of experience in the relevant field.  Management and Administrative experience in an academics/research/professional institution of higher learning will be preferred.
2. Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in a regulatory or policy related to the education sector in a Government body or any HEIs.
3. The Age Limit for this Job is 65 Years.

• Director (Quality Assurance)(01 Post):

Eligibility Criteria:

1. M.Phil/MS from an HEC recognized University with 6 years relevant experience or MA/MSc or equivalent education with first division in terminal degree from an HEC recognized University and 8-9 years relevant experience. Management and administrative experience In an academic /research/professional institution of higher learning will be preferred.
2. Preference will be given to the candidates who have proven experience in higher education institutions, review quality standards, and the quality of teaching and learning in previous organizations /academic institutions.

• Director (Curriculum and Content Development):

Eligibility Criteria:

1. M.Phil/MS from an HEC recognized University with 6 years relevant experience or MA/MSc or equivalent education with first division in terminal degree from an HEC recognized University and 8 years relevant experience. Management and administrative experience In an academic /research/professional institution of higher learning will be preferred.
2. Preference will be given to the candidates with expertise in designing excellent curriculum resources that meet the highest academic standards in HEIs.

• Director (Information Technology):

Eligibility Criteria:

1. MS degree  (18 years) with BS degree (16 years) in computer sciences/software engineering/information technology/ information systems / electrical engineering/computer engineering or equivalent from an HEC recognized University with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in software development and IT operations. Sound understanding of ERP development and implementation of large-scale IT Projects.
2. With expertise in IT-related field and portal management in terms of data analysis. Supervision of content and integration with all latest developments.

• Deputy Director (Quality Assurance):

Eligibility Criteria:

1. M.Phil/MS from an HEC recognized University with 04 years relevant experience or MA/MSc or equivalent education from an HEC recognized University with first division in a terminal degree and 7 years relevant experience in a public or private sector organization is required.
2. Preference will be given to the candidates who have expertise in dealing with QEC matters related to HEIs, report writing, and office management/Hands-on expertise in data analysis and trends for decision making.

• Deputy Director (Policy and Regulations):

1. M.Phil/MS from an HEC recognized University with 04 years relevant experience or MA/MSc or equivalent education from an HEC recognized University with first division in a terminal degree and 7 years relevant experience in a public or private sector organization is required.
2. Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in designing and amending the complex scenarios in policy and regulation related to HEIs.

• Assistant Director (Public Relations):

Eligibility Criteria:

1. MA/MSc or equivalent education with first division in terminal degree from an HEC recognized University. Relevant experience in public or private sector organizations will be preferred. Computer literate with expertise in  MS office is required.
2. Preference will be given to the candidate with a degree in Mass Communication. The candidate must possess experience in public relations and press releases. Organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences. Analyzing media coverage with excellent writing skills in English and Urdu.

Positions on Project Basis:

• Deputy Manager (IT and Admin):

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Masters or equivalent degree in Computer Science/ IT related from HEC recognized University Institution with five (5) years experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in managing similar positions in Government, semi Government, corporate or Government Autonomous bodies. Certification on Oracle Database administration OCPDBA shall be preferred.
2. The Age Limit for This Job is 50 Years.

• Senior Counselling Officer:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Masters or equivalent degree in Psychology-related fields from HEC recognized University Institution with five (5) years experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in managing similar positions in Government, semi Government, corporate, or Government Autonomous bodies. Experience in Content Development related to the education sector will be preferred.
2. The Age Limit for this Job is 40 Years.

• Counselling Officer:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Masters or equivalent degree in Psychology-related fields from HEC recognized University Institution with three (3) years experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in managing similar positions in Government, semi Government, corporate, or Government Autonomous bodies. Experience in Content Development related to the education sector will be preferred.
2. The Age Limit for this Job is 40 Years.
