- Equivalence Certificate from HEC in case of foreign degree.
- Three fresh passport-size photographs with name and admits card number on the back.
- GAT Subject Test (at least 60% score cumulative) or GRE Subject Test(at least 60th Percentile) Certificate required.
- Copy of CNIC.
- Copy of the domicile certificate.
- Every student at the time of admission to this University shall give an undertaking to the effect that he/she is not pursuing a degree program in any other institution.
