Riphah International University, Pakistan is a private university charted by the federal government of Pakistan in 2002.

This University was established with a view of producing professionals with Islamic moral and ethical values. Riphah International University is sponsored by Islamic International Medical College Trust, Which was created in 1995.

Before 2005, Riphah International Univesity was included in the Top Five universities of the private sector who qualify to receive research grants from the government of Pakistan through the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Recently, Riphah has ranked at the 2nd position among all the private national universities of the General Category.
